This blissful powder blend contains less than 1 gram of sugar per serve, calming the mind, soothing the nervous system and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Mix 4 grams (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) into 100 mL of full cream milk for the added benefits of tryptophan. For a dairy free option add to plant-based milk and enjoy hot or cold. Alternatively, add to baking, smoothies, yoghurt, porridge or ice cream.
